From this year at the Hotel's restaurant will be possible to experience the Sushi's tasting skillfuly prepared by Chef rghes Haxhiu. Sushi is prepared with local fish farming products, trout, salmon trout, char and whitefish.
Sushi is much more than place some fish on rise. Sushi is an art's form.
