General Information

WHAT ROAD DO I HAVE TO TAKE TO GET THERE?

Coming from the south: Brennero motorway - exit Rovereto Sud or Trento Sud and follow the signs for Tione di Trento - Madonna di Campiglio (Val Rendena). Coming from the north: Brennero motorway - exit San Michele all'Adige and follow the signs for Cles - Folgarida - Madonna di Campiglio (Val di Sole).

WHERE IS THE HOTEL LOCATED?

The hotel is located in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and is only 200 metres from the pedestrian area.

DO YOU ORGANISE TRANSFERS TO/FROM THE AIRPORT/STATION BY PRIVATE VEHICLE?

On request we can organise a transfer service, we use a very professional and punctual external collaborator www.giorgioviaggi.com

WHAT IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

The nearest airport is Verona, followed by Bergamo and Milan.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST TRAIN STATION?

The nearest train station is Trento, from here you can take a train to Malè (20 km from Madonna di Campiglio), or use the bus.

WHICH ARE THE LIFTS IN MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO, WHICH IS THE CLOSEST ONE TO THE HOTEL?

Six cableways depart from the village and provide connections to 150 km of ski slopes: Spinale, 5 lakes, Pradalago, Fortini, Grostè and Colarin plus the connection with the Folgarida-Marileva district. The closest to the Chalet del Brenta is the Spinale, at 400mt. away.

However, to make it easier to reach them, the hotel has two direct shuttles connecting the hotel to the lifts every 5 minutes.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM AT CHECK-OUT?

Check-out is scheduled for 10:30 am. The hotel has a late check-out service available for an additional cost.

DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATED SKI SCHOOL?

We suggest that all our guests rely on the professionalism of the instructors of the Des Alpes National Ski School. Every evening you can meet the instructors directly at the hotel for information and to book individual lessons.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP THE SKI PASS AT THE HOTEL?

The individual ski pass can be purchased online on the Funivie Campiglio website. We recommend that you contact our hotel in advance to check the offers for the period. In this case we will indicate the discount code to be used for the purchase.

IS THE CAR PARK FREE?

There is the possibility to use the free outdoor parking (20 parking spaces) or the garage at a cost of € 10 per night.

We have two charging stations for electric cars. A charge is applied according to the current electricity costs.

IS ENTRY TO THE WELLNESS CENTRE INCLUDED?

Entrance is free of charge for the duration of your stay, upon reservation, with sixty-minute circuits of use. It is mandatory to use the spa kit provided, consisting of: bag, bathrobe and towel.

IS THE SKI PASS INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Ski passes are generally not included in the price.

We have a relaxation and reading room in the lobby area with a fireplace. A second room is reserved for smokers in the entrance area.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD INTOLERANCES?

No problem. Please inform us when you make your reservation so that we can organise the best possible way to meet your dietary requirements. It is possible to agree a gluten and/or lactose-free or other menus directly with the Chef.

Services for children

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE FOR CHILDREN (AGE GROUP 4-13)?

The hotel has a free children's club service, available every day from 9:00 to 23:00 in winter and from 14:30 to 22:30 in summer, for all guests aged 3 to 13. The youngest guests can be accompanied by an adult. Our animators will entertain them with fun and recreational activities. We also offer an afternoon snack and, in order to guarantee maximum hospitality, the possibility of having them all dine together with a menu dedicated to them, served directly in the Kinder Club.

DO YOU HAVE AN IN-HOUSE BABYSITTING SERVICE?

We have a babysitting service available on request (extra charge). The basic hourly rate is € 20 per child. For organisational reasons, this service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

I HAVE A NEWBORN CHILD, HOW CAN I ORGANISE MYSELF?

Every day our kitchen prepares vegetable broths without salt for our young guests. You can arrange mealtimes with the person in charge. We also have bottle warmers, high chairs, table seats, pushchairs and baby baths.

Activities

IF I DON'T SKI, WHAT KIND OF ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES CAN I DO?

During your stay we can organise various activities for both adults and children. For example, it is possible to organise: snowshoeing, visits to museums and castles, sleedog, dinners in a mountain hut, visits to nearby towns and more. Our front office staff will be happy to provide you with alternatives.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN WE DO IN SUMMER?

We can organise mountain biking, downhill, rafting, canyoning and hydro speed activities with specialist guides. Possibility of organising fun mountain activities for adults and children. Visits to museums and castles in Trentino, guided and unguided nature tours, lunches and dinners in mountain huts and much more. Our front office staff will give you the best advice.

Pets

CAN PETS HAVE ACCESS TO THE COMMON AREAS?

Your four-legged friend can pass through the Hall but cannot stay in the common areas, bar, restaurant, breakfast room, kinder and wellness centre.

DO YOU RESERVE SPECIAL ROOMS FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE COMPANY OF PETS?

We have "pet friendly" rooms with balconies.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Our "pet friendly" hotel welcomes small to medium sized pets. For their stay there is a daily supplement of € 15.00 which includes:
